Hugo Boss UK Ltd was looking for a training resource to roll out to its approximate 900 retail employees across the UK and Ireland. The system needed to offer flexibility, easy access and manageable data to highlight gaps in training needs and strengthen our current guidelines, training and processes.
The BCarm online training tool met these needs and in January 2020 we rolled it out to all our stores. It received strong feedback from our store employees who engaged with the training modules. The BCarm team offered solid and consistent support in both implementing the system and responding to ad-hoc enquiries swiftly and efficiently.
We are delighted with the service provision we are receiving from BCarm. Our package includes a range of modules including fire safety training, first aid at work and some courses that are site-specific, for instance, Asbestos Awareness. This flexibility means that we can develop further targeted courses in 2021 that extend beyond the needs of our store employees. In 2021 we will be launching the online training tool to some 140 employees in our London HQ, and are considering rolling it out to stores in the Nordics, Baltics and Middle East. The system is cost and time-efficient, easy to use for the end-user and enables us to have a consistent approach to training across our business.
