We have now worked with BCarm for over 5 years, and in that time our portal has developed an extended portfolio of H&S reporting and E-Learning. Throughout all these years, the communication from BCarm has been exemplary, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The helpdesk (seldom used) responds very quickly, and the knowledge offered by them is second to none.
I cannot recommend BCarm enough if you are looking for support in the world of Health and Safety.
The notifications we receive really help us keep on top of accident reporting and management, and our H&S checklists, which we ask stores to complete, are so easy to manage and review. The webinars are a fantastic additional service that my team joins in on, as do I. This service has increased my team’s knowledge in this sphere so much that they want to learn more.
We offer our staff a number of the training modules – some 900 employees – and the reporting and monitoring system is so easy to use. We are looking to further develop the system to make the BCarm portal a complete one-stop shop for our 60 UK locations.
