We are now in a place with each Department Supervisor has complete visibility of the activity for their Department, what stage its at and what was the outcome, or performance score, on the personal dashboard. As a business we have the same visibility as well as a robust audit trail.

Our Pre-start Checks, now digitised and completed on a tablet are capturing much better information than a tick in the box. This is allowing us to track issues and faults as well as understand where here are departmental challenges that need supporting.
Our Accident Reporting, also digital and app- based, is also providing far better data that allows us to instantly analyse incidents and accidents and action trends.
We also use the Management Alerts extensively which give us real-time notifications when activity is missed or when an issue occurs, allowing an immediate intervention. This new visibility has helped us raise the focus and awareness across our business of Health and Safety.
We have also used BCarm’s flexible Consultancy support to assist us with DSEAR and are looking planning to deliver a classroom refresher training for our Managers and Supervisors.
