At Airbench Ltd, we’ve been using the ARM Plus-BCarm system for just over a year now.

The initial Teams call introduction was swiftly arranged, and within 5 minutes of seeing ARM Plus, we were sold, and in fact would be willing to pay for it ! We’d received a £35k quote for a 5-year contract from the previous supplier that didn’t deliver the functionality in ARM Plus-BCarm and solve our challenges. The unlimited remote support the ARM Plus-BCarm engagement team provide was also a deciding factor.
A year later, we’ve now implemented ARM Plus-BCarm into the organisation, and the reaction has been positive.
- All our records are in one place, and we have visibility business-wide over our daily H&S activity and safety controls.
- It provides the operational mechanism through risk assessment monitoring to make sure we are complying with our Risk Assessment Control Measures and get consistency in our RAMS.
- Our team has responded positively to ARM Plus-BCarm; the H&S App has made accessing and completing checklists much easier.
- We have used E Learning to complete employee training, which has again made this easier to manage.
