You’ll notice some new features in the Incident Response Plan - which form part of the new 'Incident Mode' development coming soon.
Live and ready to use, you can now:
- Add Deputies for all Incident Response Plan Actions and quickly reassign tasks and actions to another team member when a Business Continuity Team Member changes.
- In the new Communication Methods module, you can customise how key stakeholders should be contacted using your preferred channels e.g., Whatsapp, Slack, Teams etc.
- Utilise new "select all" and "grab and drag" features making changing and updating your plans quicker and easier.
