Our "small but perfectly formed" Help Desk Team are at the other end of the phone to assist in any way we can.

 

The chances are you'll speak to the same person on multiple occasions and someone you haven't talked to before, who will know all about you. In fact most of our clients are on first name terms with us.

 

Support and customer service is really important to us, our systems are used by people, so our Help Desk Team is full of them!

Screen Sharing software means we can be on your PC with you straight away, dealing with your queries as efficiently as possible.
